You want your salesperson to sell loads to ideal clients. (You don't want them to not sell  - or sell people that then are problematic. Not to mention - they'll leave if they don't sell much and all the time you invested in them will be wasted.) To prevent this, here are the things you must provide:

*A "script" that converts.

(Most scripts used for entrepreneurs right now are gross~or don't convert well.) You need a structure that is authentic and has integrity. (It's how I've seen over $50 million in sales in my 25 years in it.) Your script needs to be different than others. The bonding, pain, intervention, vision and objections that are typical of your client base are unique. Arm your salespeople with a script that embodies that. Ask me if you want to me to show you what it would look like for you.

*Train them to be a "mini-you".

Honestly, a decent salesperson sells because they push and manipulate. It works often enough for them to make commission. Unfortunately, that alienates almost as many people as who will buy. (I once had someone else's salesperson drunk post on my Facebook page because I didn't buy. Yep, that's emblematic of how salespeople can be.) If you don't train them on this they'll burn through your leads and lose long-term possible income. You didn't build this business for today - you built it for the future, too. *Manage them well.

(There's a super easy way to get yourself out of this role from inside your biz without hiring anyone.) Having been a salesperson for decades I will be the first one to tell you that it is incredibly difficult. You constantly face rejection, you get more no's than yeses and people very rarely know how to manage you well. The benefit to this is that if you provide management for your salespeople that is exemplary, you will have loyal, high-producing happy salespeople and that is worth gold. There is no easier way to leverage your business than to have people converting people for you while you do what you love - or go to the beach. And, if you don't manage salespeople well it's more exhausting, damaging and difficult than doing sales on your own. Based on their psychology it's really easy to motivate them. Analyze what they really want ~ and give it to them.
